The work included a lot more than painting, including wallpaper removal, full plastering of ceilings and walls, rectifying broken floorboards, damp areas around the window, electrical work, addressing an uncovered fireplace during the work and of course painting. What I would say is that they are multi skilled, employing people who are able to cover a wide range of areas promptly as the project develops. This made things much easier for us and working with Karl as project manager was easeful and stress free as he’s an exemplary communicator, which in my own experience of running a housing service with multiple properties over 15 years I know it’s rare to find in the trade. This reassured us immensely, as I found the service and communication to be fair, prompt, open, and honest throughout the project. I would definitely recommend to others, and have done so.
